All rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, and brand belong to Orah Marketing.
You own the content and data you provide, but grant us the right to use it to deliver the Services.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works of our Services.
Service Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.
We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or delays, though we will make reasonable efforts to keep Services available.
Payment & Plans
Fees are charged according to your chosen subscription plan.
All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
If you exceed usage limits (e.g., tokens or team members), you may be required to upgrade.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orah Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
